Every 2–3 days once shoots emerge; steady moisture stops hollow or knobbly tubers.

🪨 Soil & setup

Deep grow-bag or 40 L pot. Start with 15 cm of soil, and 'hill up' — add more soil around the stem as it grows. The buried stem is where the potatoes form.

🧺 Harvest

New potatoes when plants flower; full crop when foliage yellows and dies back.
